Use short sentences to introduce yourself: “Je m’appelle…” (my name is), “J’habite à…” (I live in) and “Je travaille…” (I work). Share only information relevant to the conversation.
To request an appointment politely, use “Pourriez-vous… ?” (could you) and “s’il vous plaît” (please). Specify a day and time when needed.
“Être disponible” means being able to come or take part at the stated time. Check the day and time carefully before confirming.
